Nolan Computers' eProcurement Series (ePS) is designed to enhance the flow of documents and processes around the system from Sales Order Processing (SOP) to Purchase Order Processing (POP) and back again. ePS is highly modular and configurable whilst being tightly integrated with the standard Microsoft Great Plains modules.

The eProcurement Series integrates with the standard Microsoft Great Plains SOP, POP and Inventory modules. It also allows integration with external systems, be they your own, your supplier's, or even your customer's. Using technologies such as EDI and XML, interactions between customers and suppliers are automated, giving you more power and flexibility, while saving valuable time.

Purchase Automation covers the features of ePS which save time by automating the process of back ordering an item and placing an order with the supplier. AutoCapture automatically builds a list of items which require purchasing. AutoSelect can automatically choose the best supplier to buy from based on customisable preferences. PO Proposal provides the full list of unfulfilled demand, allowing buyers full control over where, what and how to purchase products, and creates the required Purchase Orders automatically. AutoFulfill ensures that when the supplier fulfils your Purchase Order, the Sales Order line that generated the demand is automatically allocated and fulfilled.

eUpdate adds additional information to Suppliers to provide additional 'current price' and 'current stock' details. These details can be kept up-to-date through importing a supplier stock list, or even real-time via XML and the internet. This ensures you always have the most accurate information to are buying decisions on.
