Automating the Multicurrency Bank Reconciliation within Microsoft Great Plains

Advanced Bank Reconciliation provides an alternative, automated bank reconciliation module for Microsoft Great Plains. As a replacement for the standard Bank Reconciliation module, it provides many benefits.

With support for multiple banks, each of which can track multiple General Ledger accounts, Advanced Bank Reconciliation is packed with additional features. Transactions are read directly from the General Ledger, and bank statement information is either manually entered, or imported from Electronic Statement files using our flexible import process. A double entry system allows transaction to be tracked through the General Ledger in unreconciled and reconciled accounts.

Automated matching can be used to reconcile the majority of transactions with the minimum of effort. Flexible matching rules are user-definable, ensuring that they can be tailored to produce the most accurate results.

Advanced Bank Reconciliation features enhanced multicurrency and Euro support. A transaction's currency no longer needs to be same as the bank account. And a bank's working currency can be in Euros while the bank statements are in a Euro member currency, or vice-versa.

With its many automated and time-saving features, Advanced Bank Reconciliation makes reconciliation a much easier task with Microsoft Great Plains.
